Terms & Conditions
1. Deposit Policy
A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking for all appointments.
In the event of a same-day cancellation or no-show, the deposit will be forfeited and treated as a cancellation fee.
The $100 deposit will be refunded only if all scheduled services are completed without cancellation or no-show.
If a deposit has been forfeited, a new deposit will be required for any future bookings.
2. Touch-Up Policy
Eyebrow and eyeliner touch-up services are subject to additional fees after two (2) months from the original procedure date.
In addition, if a touch-up appointment is canceled or rescheduled and more than two (2) months have passed from the date of cancellation or rescheduling, additional charges will apply.
3. Refund & Transfer Policy
All services are non-refundable once rendered.
Payments for services and products are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
Service transfers are permitted for immediate family members only and must be approved in advance.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Following a cancellation or rescheduling, rebooking may be subject to limited availability.
J Beauty Studio Med Spa is not responsible for inconvenience resulting from limited
appointment availability after changes to a reservation.
5. Package Payment Policy
All package services must be paid in full at one time.
Installment or partial payments are not accepted.
6. Right to Refuse Service
J Beauty Studio Med Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any client at its discretion,
including but not limited to concerns regarding medical suitability, safety, or policy compliance.
